Carpet replacement
The worn carpet comes up and the new one goes down. When the padding and subfloor underneath are still sound, they stay.

Padding replacement
Padding flattens before the carpet does. New padding under new carpet keeps the floor feeling the way it did on day one.

Removal and disposal
Old carpet and padding rolled up, carried out and hauled away, with the subfloor checked before anything new goes down.

Repairs and patching
A burn, a stain or a tear cut out and replaced with a matching piece. We also pull ripples out and redo seams on carpet already down.
